Job summary

A leading tech business in Greater London is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role requires a confident generalist who can handle high visibility and influence, working closely with the CEO and overseeing 200 FTEs internationally. Flexibility is supported with a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, alongside a competitive salary of up to £95,000. Immediate starts will be considered.

Overview

Middlemore are currently collaborating with an independent technology business within a global PLC to appoint a HR Business Partner on an initial 6-month FTC based in London. This role is high-impact, offering genuine visibility and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full end-to-end HR agenda for the business
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team as a trusted advisor and business partner
  • Take divisional responsibility for an international population of approximately 200 FTE across London, Europe, and Asia
  • Lead a small international HR team while remaining hands-on and connected to the commercial heartbeat of the business
Requirements / Qualifications

This opportunity is ideal for a confident and capable generalist HR Business Partner who is ready for greater autonomy, visibility, and decision-making responsibility, and who understands the value of reporting directly to a CEO.

Experience in a technology environment or close collaboration with tech/IT client groups in any sector is strongly preferred.

Details

The role is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a salary of up to £95,000. Flexible working is supported, with a model of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. We would be looking at an immediate start or would consider 4 weeks’ notice MAX.
