  • A background and career history ideally in Retail, FM or other fast paced multisite organisations.

London (Hybrid, with London HQ – 2/3 days a week). £50-60,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits.

A leading global outsourcing business is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join its UK HR team, supporting a division of approximately 500 people.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as a go-to HR expert for operational managers, providing guidance on employee relations, absence management, and best practice.
  • Leading TUPE processes from consultation through to contract accuracy checks and supporting both pre- and post-contract transitions.
  • Driving organisational change initiatives in partnership with the People Director, ensuring the right skills are in place to support growth.
  • Coaching leaders to deliver exceptional people management and improve HR metrics such as turnover and absence.
  • Embedding organisational culture through engagement programmes, awards, and induction experiences.
  • Using HR data and insights to influence decision-making and minimise risk.
