• Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Comfortable engaging with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.
• Support operational inductions and training.
• Complete verification inspections and follow up on findings.
• Support accident investigations and promote quality reporting.

Skills

H&S qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent)

IOSH Membership

Experience in DNO environments

Site audits and inspections

Incident investigations

Strong interpersonal skills

CDM regulations knowledge

Full UK Driving Licence
