Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU legislation and international standards.
• Experience in COSHH management and ATEX/DSEAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Management System.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to influence and drive cultural change

Good IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Education

Certification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering

Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate)
