# HRIS Talent Lead###### Share this job opportunityIn this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering global HRIS projects within the Talent & Learning domain, driving initiatives that support and enable Ferrero’s people strategy.You will lead HRIS projects from initiation to completion, plus manage our regular performance management and learning HRIS activities. You will partner closely with Talent & Learning leaders and IT across the Talent stack. You will also actively contribute to our HRIS project management community.A key part of your mission will be to identify and implement technologies that simplify HR processes, reduce transactional workload, and enhance the digital experience for HR, managers, and employees. As part of this, you will lead AI initiatives within the Talent & Learning stream.Additionally, you will manage and prioritize business demands, collaborate on budget planning, and act as a trusted point of contact for Talent & Learning leaders to balance strategic needs with operational constraints. You will play a critical role in driving change management efforts to foster HRIS adoption and digital transformation, contributing to communication plans and promoting continuous improvement.As a team leader, you will manage, coach, and develop your team, champion diversity and inclusion, and ensure alignment with Ferrero’s values through effective communication and empowerment.You will bring your educational background in degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fields combined with 8-10 years of HRIS experience andknowledge of the main HR systems. You are expected to demonstratecore leadership, management skills, strategic thinking, andeffective communicationwhile showing the ability todrive resultsandmanage changeacross HR macro-Areas. Deep expertise in HRISandproject management, including leadingglobal HRIS rolloutsand managingcomplex system integrations, will also be essential for this role.It is essential to have strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or Workday—specifically in the modules related to performance management, competency assessment, and performance evaluation. You will leverage your proficiency indata analytics, process standardization, automation (including AI), GDPR compliance, and data governance, while applyingstrong knowledge of Talent & Learning HR systemsand drivingdigital transformationin a multinational context.
