Overview

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Type: Contract. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Lead to oversee and manage a comprehensive Employee Experience Transformation Programme. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme, which aims to enhance the overall employee experience through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. We have a full team of experts, Product Owner, Architects, etc., so this is a strong and smart PMO – not required to be a deep expert in technology.

Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Lead the end-to-end management of the Employee Experience Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to monitor programme progress, risks, and issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, IT, Finance, Enterprise Services, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular programme status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
  • E2E Design Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end solution to optimise the employee experience in locating internal content, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  • Parallel Programme Management: Oversee two parallel programs, including:
    • Assess the potential benefits of an integrated, end-to-end employee experience, making agile recommendations for impactful outcomes.
    • Findability Pilot Programme: Deliver a high-quality proof of concept (PoC) for a streamlined, accessible platform for policy retrieval and internal information discovery.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project/programme management, with a focus on employee experience or HR transformation projects. Experience in setting up end-to-end designs to optimise internal content findability is highly desirable.
  • Background in Consulting would be highly desirable
  • Experience with E2E Design: Proven experience in setting up an end-to-end design to optimize the employee experience for locating internal content.
  • Understanding of Operational Silos: Ability to navigate and integrate fragmented ecosystems, comprising multiple platforms and microsites.
  • User-Centric Approach: Commitment to a user-centric design with a clear north-star, implementing solutions step-by-step starting in limited geos with limited content and expanding.
