Responsibilities

The role is based in the St Leger Homes Human Resources and Organisational Development Team helping to provide the best Human Resources support to both internal and external stakeholders. It is a busy team delivering a wide range of admin functions within the HR & OD teams.

  • Working closely with team members to ensure the service is delivered to a high standard
  • Developing knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Human Resources.
  • Assisting in all aspects of our workforce development.
  • Providing admin support and advice across the team and wider business.
