A leading international law firm is seeking an HR Projects Assistant to support global HR initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams, manage project communications, and gain valuable experience in project management. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves working across regions, supporting both project-related and ad-hoc tasks.

We have a number of exciting global initiatives to implement over the next year or so ranging from compliance and risk-based projects through to more creative initiatives such as rolling out projects to boost our performance culture and globally cascading our engagement survey tool to name just a few. You will gain valuable project management experience as well as broad exposure across the HR function, working with a variety of subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business from within a fantastic, friendly global HR team.
Your technical skills
The main responsibilities of this role are outlined above; however, this description is not exhaustive, and the job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role may require some working outside our normal working hours of 9:30am- 5:30pm.
