HR Policy Volunteer – England & Wales Branch

We are an anti‑bullying, anti‑violence charity registered in England & Wales and Italy.

We are looking for an HR Policy professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to volunteer for our England and Wales branch.

What you’ll do

• Creating or reviewing policies
• Providing advice to the CEO, Board, and other charity stakeholders
• Implementing HR strategies
• Applying a solid understanding of employment legislation
• Evaluating staff CPD and performance
• Leading HR projects and striving for continuous improvement in HR practices

What we’re looking for

• Human resources, employment law, policies and governance experience
• A minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles
• Someone emphatic, easy‑going, committed to doing good for the community
• Willing to dedicate time to our mission as a volunteer
• Independent and able to take ownership of varied tasks and projects
