Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment.
  • Basic understanding of employment law.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience producing data reports and identifying trends to inform decision-making.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Experience using Workday is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of key people initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Champion effective use of Workday across the business.
  • Manage monthly HR reporting and relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate people-related projects including engagement surveys and talent conversations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and help embed a culture of inclusion.
