St Catharine's College is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for leading our HR function and overseeing the work of our HR support assistant.

St Catharine's is committed to maintaining a strong HR function which excels in attracting and retaining the best employees and providing them with outstanding training and development opportunities. The HR Manager will take the lead in evolving and implementing a progressive HR service, under the guidance of the Operations Director, Bursar and the HR Committee. They will run the College’s day-to-day HR function, including;

  • All employment related administration for academic and non-academic roles
  • Acting as a business partner to managers and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
