Job summary

A leading global coffee company in Maidenhead is seeking an HR Administrator to support both HR Shared Services and Talent Development. This role includes managing HR admin tasks and supporting talent initiatives through SuccessFactors. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong IT skills with SAP/SuccessFactors, and a process-driven mindset. The position is hybrid and offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Must have HR administration experience demonstrating high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and ability to provide advice on maternity and absence policies.
  • Good IT skills with HR systems, ideally SAP/SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM2 Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Support all associate administration across the UK&I Business Units.
  • Manage starters, leavers, and changes process in the JDE HCM module.
  • Provide HR assistance through timely completion of administrative tasks.
