  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources department.

EL/HR Administrator – Employment Law Team

We’re on the hunt for an EL/HR Administrator to join our dedicated Employment Law team and help us deliver top‑notch service to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude and love working in a collaborative environment, this role is the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate advice requests: manage advice emails and callbacks within Salesforce and Outlook to ensure they are assigned to the correct consultant.
  • Case management: merge ongoing case work with new inquiries and keep all case statuses up to date.
  • Quality control: identify and manage spam, create callback tasks for consultants and log emails into Salesforce to maintain case integrity.
  • Reporting: generate reports to assist management and reallocate workloads for absent consultants.
  • Team coordination: collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundant tasks.
  • Process improvement: follow established processes and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
