A global youth empowerment organization based in London is seeking an HR Analyst to enhance the efficacy of HR services and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in recruitment or HR, preferably within NGOs or international development. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR strategies and advising on recruitment processes.
The HR Analyst acts as a recruitment specialist across the IYF's global departments.
To voluntarily represent, positively promote, and uphold the mission of “Empowering youth for a better world” in various programs and opportunities throughout the IYF interventions across member countries.
3+ years experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or HR. Experience within an NGO, charity, international development or youth empowerment role is highly desirable.
The International Youth Federation (IYF) is an international non‑profit youth organization network governed by its Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral, and non‑denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.
Under overall guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Specialist, the HR Analyst provides leadership and support in the execution of the full range of HR services, ensuring their transparency and integrity. The HR Analyst works in close collaboration with the HQ and executive branches, Regional Administrations and project teams to provide HR support and resolve complex HR‑related issues and to deliver information. The HR Analyst promotes a collaborative, client‑oriented approach and maintains high staff morale.
