A leading supply chain management company in Corby is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support employee relations and HR compliance. The role involves advising managers, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of up to £34,000 per annum and benefits including 33 days annual leave and health initiatives.

This is a permanent, full‑time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods and offers an annual salary up to £34,000.00, depending on skills and experience. It is based in Corby and requires travel to Bury St Edmunds once a week or biweekly.
Responsible for advising on employee relations issues while ensuring HR compliance and managing key administrative processes for smooth operations.
