A leading automotive company in Northern Ireland is seeking an HR Advisor to provide support to staff. Responsibilities include recruitment, conducting disciplinary meetings, and overseeing employee benefit schemes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or Level 5 CIPD and has experience in Sage payroll. This role offers a very competitive salary and 30 days of annual leave, which includes 8 bank holidays.
