HR Administrator

Office based in Shoreditch Spitalfields, London

Part-time: 3 days per week

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps the admin side of our global HR team up to date and running smoothly

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support to the European Offices Luxembourg, Netherlands and France to include employment contracts, background checks, new joiner support and any employee related letters.
  • Ensure that all HR Systems are kept up to date, to include both our internal systems (HiBob) and external systems (relevant government databases).
  • Supporting the HR team in collecting payroll data monthly.
  • Assisting with new-hire onboarding activities, such as induction and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
  • Translating legal and operational documents on behalf of the HR function.
About you, you have
  • Written and spoken fluency in English, French, and Dutch to be able to support the translation needs of the team.
  • Ideally previous experience or long-term interest in HR and/or administration.
  • An outgoing, friendly and approachable personality with a can-do attitude who enjoys connecting with others.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office package.
