HOUSING OFFICER
A reserve list will be developed for further posts
37 hours per week – Monday – Friday (Flexi Hours)

Based in NWH with some cover required in our North & West Office

– current patch is covering ABC & Sperrin areas.
Salary: £34, 565.38 – £38, 996.84 per annum (under review)

About the role

We are looking for a Housing Officer to deliver an effective patch management service. You’ll ensure tenancies are managed, help people to sustain tenancies, manage rental income and oversee excellence in service delivery to customers. It will be fast paced, it will not always be plain sailing, but it will be so rewarding. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, confident, customer focused, resilient with a flexible, can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly.

You will have experience of working in housing/support services or tenancy management or community development/voluntary sector.

Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise, prioritise a busy workload in a vibrant working environment and to respond and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.

Travel across our different schemes will be part of the job and you should be able to do this without relying on public transport.
