A charity supporting the vulnerable in the South West is seeking a passionate Housing Officer to provide vital support for individuals transitioning from prison. This role involves managing caseloads, building strong partnerships, and ensuring clients settle into temporary accommodation. With responsibilities ranging from maintaining high-quality living environments to delivering person-centred support, this position offers a chance to make a significant impact.
