• Proficient in basic IT systems.
• Experience within the Residential Social Landlord Sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with timely communication.
• Take full responsibility for larger repairs.
• Diagnose and schedule repairs effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison officers for quality inspections.
• Liaise with Building Surveyors regarding replacements.
• Update housing management system with accurate repair information.
