Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Hire Desk and Transport services.
  • Lead and develop a team of Hire & Sales Coordinators and Drivers.
  • Monitor hire activity and produce revenue and productivity reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
