Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling highway works.
• Expertise in managing business performance including analysis of FPNs and Low Service Damages.
• Proven experience of successfully managing and leading teams within highways maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning & scheduling team.
• Oversee and manage Service Instructions from the Client.
• Lead with client on Low Service Damages and KPIs.
• Contribute to the Highways Operations Board.
• Work closely with commercial, finance and operational colleagues.

Skills

Knowledge of planning and scheduling highway works
