Qualifications

• Experience in delivering highways maintenance operations or similar transferable experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience driving performance and productivity.
• Ability to adapt to and manage change, leading teams through operational adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the annual maintenance programme.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the maintenance management system.
• Monitor roadspace status with the Roadspace & Scheduling Hub.
• Support the Reactive Maintenance Lead for Cat 2.1 repairs.
• Actively monitor vehicle utilisation and oversee fleet management.
