Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant field, with scientific management experience prioritized.
• Hands-on expertise in histology, flow cytometry, and/or molecular biology required.
• Experience in a high-throughput/pipeline platform is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and interact with cross-functional teams.
• Support the High Throughput lab team with bench-based processes.
• Manage Research Associates and sample workflows.
