Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the HGV industry.
• Experience working on HGVs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs according to Volvo procedures.
• Assist in the fault diagnosis process.
• Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets.
• Road test vehicles when required.
• Assist with roadside breakdowns.
• Process all relevant paperwork.
• Report all vehicle defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop facilities.
