Job summary

A leading environmental services company in Cambridge is seeking an HGV Technician to repair and maintain their fleet and third-party vehicles. You will conduct diagnostics, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Mechanical Fitter, a valid LGV or HGV licence, and NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent. The role offers up to £22.50ph plus benefits and is full-time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Technician is essential.
• Holding a LGV or HGV driving licence is a requirement.
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the Veolia fleet and 3rd party vehicles.
• Run diagnostics on vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Carry out HGV MOT inspections and preparations.
