Qualifications

• Previous experience in HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant, or an associated sector.
• Willingness to undergo training to transition from Light Commercial or Car Technician to HGV Technician.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of Trucks and Vehicles.
• Performing fault diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and conducting road tests when necessary.

Skills

Experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic

Ability to complete job cards and service records

General computer literacy

Full UK driving licence

Education

Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
