Overview

Healthcare Support Worker required in Ipswich. Complex Care – Non-Framework. Shift – Day shifts (12-hour shifts). Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan created to meet the needs of the individual client.
• Oversee health-related issues throughout the day and assist with medication administration as required.
• Support the client in engaging activities such as trips to the beach and swimming.
• Use of specialist equipment as part of care delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in healthcare support roles, with ability to deliver care in line with a personalised plan.
• Ability to use specialist equipment.
• Support from Nurse Managers who oversee and guide staff to maintain high standards of care and professional development.
