Qualifications

• Experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role.
• Ability to advise on policy and procedures when required.
• Knowledge of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive recruitment service to Clinical Service Units.
• Maintain electronic HR systems including TRAC and ESR.
• Deliver professional candidate experience.

Skills

Knowledge of recruitment and selection procedures & best practice

Ability to organise and prioritise own workload

Working Knowledge of Data Protection Legislation

Planning, organisation and time management skills

Education

NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
