As a Healthcare Assistant at our Nottingham dialysis clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients' quality of life. We're committed to your professional growth and will provide comprehensive training, including on-the-job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education program, 'd Academy.' 📚💙

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining clean equipment following proper training.
  • Preparing supplies and packs for treatment.
  • Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
  • Escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas.
  • Serving refreshments during treatments.
Our Requirements:
  • Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
  • Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.

  • Monday to Saturday (please note there are no nights or Sunday working).
  • Competitive Salary of up to £24,474 pro rata depending on experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
