Healthcare Assistant – Night Shifts (Tracheostomy Care)

We are recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a client with complex needs on night shifts. The successful candidate must be confident in tracheostomy care and able to provide safe, attentive overnight support.

Key Clinical Requirements

• Tracheostomy care (essential)
• Vital signs monitoring
• Repositioning and pressure area care

Care Duties

• Monitoring and recording observations
• Repositioning to maintain comfort and skin integrity
• Responding appropriately to any changes in condition
• Providing safe and compassionate overnight care

Requirements

• Proven experience in tracheostomy care (essential)
• Previous experience in complex care preferred
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date mandatory/CSTF training (preferred)
