Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and transferring.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and in accordance with care plans.
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
  • Monitor and record health and behaviour observations.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
