A prominent hospice care provider in Corsham seeks a Community Staff Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate care to palliative and end-of-life patients in their homes. You will provide personal care and emotional support while working within an outstanding clinical team. The role includes guaranteed generous holidays, pension contributions, and additional benefits. You will be responsible for visiting a number of palliative and end of life patients in their homes, providing them with personal care and emotional support. With a focus on patient-centred care, you will have the time to focus on what really matters to the patient and their loved ones. No two days will be the same in this rewarding role.

As a Dorothy House nurse, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, rated as ‘Outstanding’ by CQC. We have roles based out in the community or on our inpatient unit. You will use a patient-centred approach to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. As well as co‑ordinating care, Saver for your loved ones you will provide emotional and psychological support to patients and carers.>
