Responsibilities
  • Providing daily HSE presence on the production floor, offering hands‑on coaching and support.
  • Building strong relationships with employees at all levels, encouraging safe practices through trust and influence rather than instruction.
  • Guiding teams in recognising hazards, improving behaviours and understanding the why behind safe working methods.
  • Acting as a bridge between shop‑floor staff and management, ensuring open communication and shared ownership of safety.
  • Supporting incident reporting, near‑miss reviews and root‑cause analysis as required.
  • Assisting with HSE audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with internal standards and relevant legislative requirements.

  • A collaborative approach with a genuine passion for coaching and helping others succeed.
  • Solid understanding of safe working practices, risk reduction principles and practical HSE behaviours.
