• Solid work experience involving leadership of functional and cross-functional teams.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement opportunities and communicate business impact to senior management.
• Identify key health economics needs for Boston Scientific platform products.
• Lead development of strategies to secure optimal reimbursement.
• Work with new product development teams to incorporate reimbursement needs.
• Collaborate with teams to support product adoption.
• Manage internal training to enhance understanding of health economics.
• Monitor policy developments affecting reimbursement of BSC products.
