A leading health care provider is seeking a caring Health Care Assistant to support adults living with complex needs at Wytham Lodge in Burnley. In this full-time role, you will assist individuals with personal care, meal times, and social activities while promoting dignity and independence. The position offers an opportunity to join a brand new team in a state-of-the-art facility, with comprehensive induction and training programs to ensure you feel at home from day one.
