Buzzworks is entering an exciting new era. Known for our award winning bars and restaurants, we are now expanding our hospitality experience into rooms. We are looking for a smart strategic and commercially driven Revenue Manager to help shape this new venture from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to build our rooms revenue function from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business with a core focus on developing and delivering the revenue strategy that brings our new accommodation offering to life.

THE WORKS

As Head of RoomsRevenue, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the revenue management strategy for our rooms offering
  • Creating dynamic pricing strategies for rooms packages and future locations
  • Forecasting demand, analysing booking pace and maximising revenue across multiple room types
  • Managing rate structures inventory and distribution channels including OTA relationships
  • Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards to track key rooms revenue KPIs
  • Monitoring market trends competitive sets and local events and their impact on performance
  • Supporting system selection process development and best practice for the rooms division
  • Collaborating with Operations Marketing Finance and IT to ensure commercial alignment across the customer journey
  • Providing insights to support budgeting forecasting and long term accommodation growth planning
  • Contributing to concepts and commercial planning for future sites as the division expands
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Experience in hotel or multi property revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Confidence in rate strategy forecasting channel management and inventory optimisation
  • Experience with accommodation PMS OTA platforms distribution tools or RMS systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • A proactive curious and solutions driven approach
  • Enthusiasm for helping to shape and launch a new arm of the Buzzworks business
