Head of Protection – Humberside Fire and Rescue Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, an innovative, high performing organisation which has ambitious plans for the service it provides to the communities of Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North-East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, innovative, and forward-thinking individual, with the ability to actively contribute to the National Fire Chief Council (NFCC) initiatives regarding protection arrangements and managing consultations on national changes within the protection sector.
The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated and confident, with a supportive and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to drive forward continuous improvement.
The role also requires flexibility and a willingness to travel across the Humberside Fire and Rescue Service area.
