A prominent educational institution is seeking a Head of Product Marketing on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role involves leading marketing strategies to attract prospective students, managing a marketing team, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in higher education marketing and a results-driven approach. You will enjoy competitive salary and benefits, including 30 days of annual leave and private medical coverage.
We’re looking for a full-time Head of Product Marketing, to join us on a Fixed Term Contract (covering maternity leave). This role adopts ahybridapproach - spending some time from home and in our Woking office at least one day per week.
Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will lead and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging prospective students to the University across the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional Development programme portfolio from the UK and internationally.
This role combines marketing expertise with a deep understanding of student recruitment trends and challenges. Therefore, the successful candidate will have experience working in a HE environment and significant experience of product marketing, having built and delivered multi-platform plans.
As our Head of Product Marketing, you will be working collaboratively with a number of key student recruitment departments internally and externally to drive student applications and enrolment across the whole student journey, the successful candidate will combine data, insights and market research, marketing strategy, planning and delivery, digital marketing, branding and internal event marketing delivery to ultimately help the institution achieve its recruitment goals.
