The Role

You’ll oversee product roadmaps across multiple domains, ensuring they drive both exceptional customer experiences and meaningful commercial outcomes. Your leadership will balance high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on involvement — supporting product teams day‑to‑day, removing blockers, and elevating standards. You’ll champion a culture of data‑informed decision‑making, experimentation, and delivering at pace, while mentoring PMs at all levels and helping shape a world‑class product practice. Operating at the intersection of customer insight, technology, and business strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how DAZN evolves, scales, and continues to lead in a competitive global market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and outcomes in alignment with company goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing product management team.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leadership (Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial) to drive end‑to‑end execution.
  • Champion customer‑centricity and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insights and business value.
  • Oversee product portfolio performance, setting KPIs and ensuring commercial accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, agile methodologies, and experimentation.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with measurable business impact.
  • Foster a fearless, high‑velocity culture where teams are empowered to test, learn, and iterate fast.
  • Represent Product at executive level, communicating vision, performance, and impact.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in product management, including leading teams.
  • Proven success defining and delivering large‑scale digital product strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen — able to connect customer experience with business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability, grounded in data and insight.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and scale product teams.
  • Background in technology, media, e‑commerce or digital consumer products preferred.
