What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire the Private Client team.
• Manage a varied and interesting caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and Court of Protection matters.

• Ensure compliance and uphold our standards of excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to handle complex cases with confidence.
• Proven leadership experience or the natural ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A commercial mindset with a flair for business development.
• STEP qualification (or progress towards it) is a plus.
