About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Performance Marketing to lead our centralised paid acquisition function across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll design and implement paid search and social strategies that drive commercial growth and deliver strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Your remit spans all paid digital channels, consulting across the full digital customer journey to ensure long‑term profitability.

You’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring:

  • New customers for our veterinary clinics
  • Subscribers for our Pet Health Club
  • Customers for our e‑commerce online pharmacies
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute multi‑market paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels.

Manage PPC and paid social campaigns with full strategic and budgetary responsibility.

Define scalable frameworks and foster a test & learn culture.

Track, report, and analyse campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

Lead and grow a team of paid media experts.

Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to optimise acquisition and conversion.

Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for client acquisition.

What You'll Bring

Degree‑level education.

Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing at a senior level.

Advanced knowledge of paid search and social, plus wider digital performance channels.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, AHrefs, MOZ.

Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business growth.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools (PowerBI or LookerStudio).

Experience driving growth in bricks‑and‑mortar businesses.

Background in veterinary or pet‑related industries.
