Job summary

A leading concrete manufacturing company is seeking a Head of Maintenance responsible for leading maintenance activities, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulations. The role includes developing maintenance plans, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in a senior role in a similar environment and possess strong leadership and engineering skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of a similar role at a Senior level.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Safety focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and supervise the maintenance and stores teams.
  • Maintain an accurate maintenance schedule and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program for all plant equipment.
