A leading concrete manufacturing company is seeking a Head of Maintenance responsible for leading maintenance activities, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulations. The role includes developing maintenance plans, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in a senior role in a similar environment and possess strong leadership and engineering skills. Relevant qualifications and a safety-first mindset are essential. This full-time position is based in Tobermore, with competitive salary and benefits.
Location: Tobermore Concrete Products Ltd, 2 Lisnamuck Road, Tobermore
The Head of Maintenance is responsible for leading all maintenance and stores activities within Tobermore, ensuring optimal equipment reliability, operational efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, manages relevant teams and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support consistent production output.
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.
Saturdays will be required on a rota basis.
Due to the seniority and scope of this position, there will be occasions where working beyond standard hours is necessary to achieve key outcomes. This is an integral aspect of the role and reflects the level of responsibility entrusted to the successful candidate.
