Job Details

Job Title: Head of Employee Relations & Employee Experience. Location: Leeds (Hybrid). Salary: £75,000 per year. Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Service: Human Resources / Employee Experience. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, company culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Experience Required: Extensive HR leadership experience. Employment Type: Permanent.

The Role

You will lead the strategy and execution of all programs that shape how employees are treated, supported, and engaged throughout their lifecycle. This includes overseeing employee relations, fostering a positive company culture, implementing engagement initiatives, and driving diversity & inclusion strategies across the organisation.
