Our programmes provide young people, who would never otherwise have access, with the chance to progress from beginner to trained snowsports instructors in 1 year. In addition to developing their skiing or snowboarding skills, participants gain essential life skills, recognised qualifications and vocational training alongside wellbeing support.
Snow Camp has supported 22,000 young people through our programmes and now we need to harness digital platforms to celebrate their achievements, streamline our operations and amplify our impact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our new digital platform in partnership with Navigatr, ensuring it becomes an integral part of programme delivery enabling every young person to own and share the impact of their Snow Camp journey with confidence.
