This role is critical to maintaining Debt Sale and Advisory Service’s position at the forefront of the Debt Sale Services market. As the Head of Debt Sale and Advisory, working with internal teams as well as the debt sale team is critical to success. You will need to work closely with sales to maintain a healthy pipeline alongside the delivery of engagements, which is an absolute necessity to meeting revenue targets.**What You Will Do*** **Lead Team Performance:** You will manage the team’s performance in line with the Debt Services expected revenue targets while mentoring and developing team members to ensure they develop their skills.* **Manage Engagements:** You will lead deliveries from sales engagement, scoping, and initiation to delivery, ensuring a successful conclusion for clients and purchasers. This includes managing debt sale and advisory engagements from initial discovery sessions through to proposals, SOWs, and follow-up.* **Drive Product Development:** You will take ownership of the development of debt sale and advisory products, including identifying and implementing improvements to existing propositions and developing new ones. A main point of focus will be the revival of the Advisory service and ensuring recently developed debt sale propositions are rolled out to sales teams.* **Stakeholder Management:** You will act as the main point of contact for sales and other business areas, driving the debt sale and advisory agenda.
