This hybrid/field-based role works across our homes, which are based throughout Cumbria and the North East, and sits within our People Team, reporting directly to the People Director. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how we speak, share, and show up in the world.
As Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll lead powerful internal communications that build trust, pride, and belonging, while also raising our external profile as a leading provider of care through the outdoors.
