Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Cooking in a similar setting.
• Experience in overseeing staff and meal preparation.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to nutritional standards.
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen.
• Train and support less experienced kitchen staff.

Skills
