We are looking for a Head Cook to prepare nourishing and well-presented meals. Responsibilities include creating seasonal menus based on input from residents, families, and management, considering dietary requirements, and ensuring the kitchen complies with all regulations.

Rate of Pay: £15.05 per hour

  • Develop seasonal menus with input from residents, families, and the Home Manager, considering backgrounds, culture, and dietary needs.
  • Deliver excellence in meal times, dining experience, and presentation.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, ensure food standards, and comply with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage and develop the kitchen team, including supervision, appraisals, and induction of new staff.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

  • Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
